Job Description:

Responsible for the support of eBusiness implementa-tion, for the coordination of level support and for the acquisition of new eBusiness customers. Organize regular meetings with CS-Team to implement, review and discuss processes, im-provements,

trainings and areas of concern Regular analysis of customer data information (billing / margin) to ensure the compliance of the margins level Be champion of customer service focused culture within LS organization Responsible for MBO and DPM (Development and perfor-mance management) with Management for CS team Uses an appropriate management style to serve as example for departmental conduct Supervise weekly report of all overdue backlog orders, explain the status, reasons and solution to Supply Chain Manager, AP.

Other related matters as required by the Management. Requirements: Bachelor / Master Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business Administration.
