Required Skills:


The Candidate must possess good communication in both English and Tamil
Ability to handle calls


Ability to handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Ability to comprehend customer problems, complaints and provide solution accordingly


Potential to work as good team player

Potential to work both independently and within a team

Competent in MS Office and web browser environments.
