This is to introduce to you our recently launched Ambal's Guest House, which is located in T. Nagar, at a stone's throw from Hotel Residency Towers and Globus, at the heart of the commercial district of Chennai.

All 18 rooms are air-conditioned and plush. The tariffs are as follows:

- Suite : Rs. 1200 per day.
- Deluxe Room : Rs. 1100 per day.
- Classic Room : Rs. 1000 per day.

Our clients include Polaris, Isoft, Slash Support, Globus, Optimus, HDFC Securities, Anand Bazar Patrika, Tulip IT Services, Ion Exchange, ICFAI, personalities from the cinema industry, and visitors from abroad.

We are also delighted to inform you that we will be opening another facility on Avvai Shanmugam Salai ( Lloyds Road ), in Royapettah, on Nov. 15th, 2009. This will be a Guest House having 26 rooms, all air-conditioned and plush. It is located at about 300m from Music Academy.
