7.Piping symbols & introduction to valves
8.Valves – types, material and class selection
9.Miter bends, smooth bends, LR, ELLS, SR ELLS & flanges
10.Tees – equal & un equal; Olets and branches
11.Layout of piping
12.Steam traps, expansion bellows, strainers
13.Pressure drop calculations with simple problems
14.Stress analysis - overview
15.Pipe supports
16.Pipe drafting techniques.
17.Creating isometric drawings and material take off
18.Practicing layouts & ISO’s in AutoCAD / MicroStation
