Job Description
Responsibilities
Make certain that every shift worker is properly taught, driven, and utilizing their abilities.
Oversee and manage the work of the shift labor force, making sure that all workers are adhering to safety protocols and regulations and that production goals are fulfilled.
Make sure that every shift worker is following the company's quality control processes and is aware of them.
To find patterns and opportunities for improvement, track and evaluate production data. Then, create and put into action plans to deal with these problems.
Role: Shift in charge
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: From 30K per month
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in EEE
