Job Description
You will be essential in finding, vetting, and choosing the best candidates for our company as an HR recruiter. Our success and expansion will be greatly aided by your capacity to find and draw in qualified professionals.
What you will do:
Find and screen applicants via a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, recommendations);
interview candidates to determine their suitability and fit;
oversee the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding;
cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with hiring managers and candidates;
and stay current with best practices in the recruitment industry.
What we need:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
outstanding time-management and organising abilities;
mastery of recruitment software and tools;
capacity to establish rapport and trust with candidates;
A keen eye for detail
Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 6
Salary: from 15K to 20K per month
