Cooperation: To guarantee project success, work well with cross-functional teams (such as product managers, designers, and testers).
Code Quality: Write clear, effective, and thoroughly documented code that complies with coding standards and best practices.
Technology Updates: Keep up with the most recent developments in Java technology and best practices within the sector.

Skills:
Java Programming: Excellent command of the Java programming language, including the concepts of object-oriented programming.
Software Development Processes: Knowledge of Agile development processes, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Version Control: Knowledge of different version control systems, such as Git.
