Job Description
A semi-voice process combines voice and non-voice channels for consumer interactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to efficiently manage and prioritise your workload, are necessary for this position.
What you will do:
Respond to both incoming and outgoing calls from clients.
Answer consumer questions through chat and email.
Give clients advice and information about your goods and services.
Effectively address consumer concerns and grievances.
Enter and update client data in the CRM system with accuracy.
Keep thorough records of all your encounters with customers.
What we need:
Communication: Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and successfully address client concerns.
The capacity to manage several tasks and channels of communication at once is known as multitasking.
Computer Skills: The ability to operate computers and customer support software with ease.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
