Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to client.
Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly submit the profiles in time.
Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.
Exp. In use of effective resourcing tools/portals -Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo, Hot jobs, Net-Temps. Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens , H1B. Etc.
Requirements
Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Staffing recruitment. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written). Must be willing to work in night shift (US Shift). Position open for Junior level only. Candidates who possess convincing skills will be an added advantage.
