Hiring Terms and Conditions

Extra Charges for Km beyond allowed usage is chargeable ( Indica @ Rs.8 per KM / Innova @ Rs.12 per KM )
This rate package is for cars hired to Tirumala and cannot be coupled with trips used locally in Chennai city.
All applicable toll, parking included is only for one instance to Tirumala Hill and not other place if you be visiting.
Climbing of the Tirumala more than once is chargeable @ Rs.500 Rs.800/- and Rs.1000 for Indica, Indigo and Innova cars respectively per instance apart from the additional mileage cost.
Any extra or additional and excluded toll, parking and entry fee to be paid directly by you.
Andhra Pradesh entry Permit, Road tax is included (does not include expenses incurred because of routes deviated away from Chennai-Thirumala-Chennai).
Readings for Time and Mileage starts and ends at our office for all billings purposes.
Driver’s allowance is also included. The driver will take care of his stay on his own.

The A/C Will be turned off during the Tirumala hill climbings (while climbing up and down the Tirumala Hills)
Cars released from duty after 11:30pm at Chennai city will attract additional day Driver’s allowance
Cars released from duty beyond 2am, will be billed at full day hire charges
