Roles and Responsibilities:
•Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to Indian/ US customers through chats & emails.
•Handling customer queries regarding Chat and Email
•Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service
•Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
Competency Requirements:
Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced.
Job Qualification: +2 or any degree
Languages: Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannadam, Telugu.
Venue: No: 32 AGR Platina, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai - 600032.
