We are looking for a well-experienced candidate with a sturdy knowledge on Microsoft Office tools for the role of “Sr. Business Analyst” at our company.
•Excellent verbal and written skills
•In-depth working experience in technical writing of software documentation
•Must-have experience in working with web application projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards, which is appropriate for its intended user
•Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
•Analyze the existing and potential content, focusing on reuse, and single-sourcing opportunities
•Create and maintain the information architecture
•Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
•Ability to quickly grasp the complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through texts and infographics
