Single Room Wanted - Chennai

Hello

I am a Sri Lankan; a middle level professional; age 43; I am planning to come to Chennai to do some short courses in Programming;I need a room probably by late June 2010 but it could be before that; requirements;

A Solid Broadband Facility.

Furnished Private Room with a solid form of protection against mosquitos to have a good night's sleep after a tiresome day and an attached bathroom with shower to start the next day fresh.

Kitchen; if I am at home typically I have milk for breakfast, salad-cheese-bread for lunch, chicken-rice for dinner; need small allocated spaces in the fridge.

Cultured family or Housemates; I chose Chennai over Bangalore and Hyderabad because I like to live amongst Tamils; I had to be specific above because I will have a tight program; do not see me as an inflexible old hand; I have a youthful attitude.

Not overly expensive; I pay from my pocket; not by any company.

My stay could be between 3 months to 10 months depending on the Visa as India has seriously tightened visa procedures; therefore I can pay a 2 months rent deposit and a month's rent when I move in; however there is more than a remote possibility of me getting hooked up to any Indian company whilst I am in India hence a longer term stay.

I have got some idea about Chennai; therefore I can make an educated guess on a prospective room by talking/writing to its landlord/caretaker; if it sounds OK I will get a connection in Chennai to pay the advance after having a look at the room.
